Make A Difference Day is a national day of helping other people, held each year on the fourth Saturday in October.
In Braintree, we participate by holding a collection at Town Hall for new and gently used goods for a variety of local nonprofit organizations. Janice Weitbrecht organizes the event, and Sustainable Braintree staffs it. For the date, time, list of participants and what to bring, click here.
